Time we started talking about benefits for your business, let us tell you about Argento changes.
Argento updates
With Argento 1.7.4 release you receive:
- New responsive design for Ask It module frontend. Now you can also see that a question can be assigned to multiple products.
- A significant code refactoring for Lightbox Pro module. No more inline JS.
- Testimonials module comes with stars for 'Rating' field at new testimonial form.
- Navigation Pro, Suggest Page and ProLabels extensions modifications.
But that’s not all, because Argento keeps evolving…
Argento 1.8.0 release comes with Bootstrap grid system added. Thus you get easily customizable homepage and footer in ArgentoArgento design. You are also allowed to resize all homepage images to match Bootstrap powered grid system sizing.
Among other improvements and bug fixes of Argento 1.8.0 and 1.8.1 versions you can see:
- Fixed css resources sort order to improve CSS parallel loading.
- Fixed catalog configurable swatches on non-anchored categories.
- EasyTabs module brings fixed JS error on the product page when it has no tabs.
- The overall performance improvements and optimization of Easy Slide extension.
- Widget interface improvements and new added filters in Highlight module. Now you have fixed filters by stock status and quantity for product types such as Bestsellers, Popular, Products and Recent reviews.
- Css optimizations in Lightbox Pro extension.
- Fixed translations for mail sent via cron in Review Reminder release. You also get proper settings related to the order store id.
- Refactoring of Ajax Search and Autocomplete module script. The inline js was completely removed from templates.
- JS improvements for currency and language dropdowns in all Argento templates.

Primarily Argento 0.9.2 release comes with new included extension. Magento Products Question module is available with Argento Essence template now. With Ask It extension you will easily place question/answers block throughout your website.
Have a look at other changes in Argento 0.9.2 release:
- Bug fixes and improvements in Brands and Attributes Pages, ProLabels, Testimonials and Sold Together modules.
- Font Awesome configuration was added. You’ve got an ability to choose between CDN and local version.
- Theme editor was added. Now you have great opportunity to Argento styles with minimum CSS knowledge.
- Additional LESS variables were added to simplify the switching between boxed, full-width and standard layout types

Magento module updates
Page Cache 1.4.5 release brings you fixed possible issues with third-party themes. Now you have fixed cache auto refresh when Cnx_Product and Magestore_Inventoryplus modules are used.
Fire Checkout 3.6.2 comes with improved compatibility with old Magento (1.6.0) and updated integration for Radweb_Stripe, Mage_MOLPaySeamless, Magestore_Storepickup, Shipperhq_Validation and DHL_Account third-party modules. You can also see fixed popup overflow styles in some third-party themes, fixed missing PlaceOrder button in IE 11 under Win 8.1, fixed incorrect German translation and fixed password fields disappear while changing the email in One column mode.
Lightbox Pro 1.2.0 release brings the refactoring of extension source code and improving the overall extension configuration. No more inline JavaScript. Now js files load and execute with a defer attribute, so they do not block the page rendering.
Prolabels 2.7.3 release comes with fixes.
Bot protection 1.0.2-1.0.3 has got new features such as:
- Ability to catch bots with honeypots in forms
- Mass actions interfaces in backend for whitelist, blacklist and suspicious list
- Ability to protect forms at store frontend. Enabled via the module configuration
Among other changes you can see updated JayBizzle/Crawler-Detect lib, minor translation fixes and the overall speedup of list item loading and bot detection feature.
Swatches 2.1.2 release comes with rewritten product swatches logic and integration with Advanced Custom Options extension from Mageworx.

Brands and Attributes pages 1.3.5 has got the integration with MageWorx SeoFriendlyLN. You can see fixed duplicated options, when a single store mode is used.
CDN 1.1.2 release comes with a lot of useful fixes.
Helpmate 1.6.5 module has got an expand-quote feature and product grid action. The problem with escape dom structure warnings was fixed.
Testimonials 1.1.0 extension comes with improved template without inline js. You can see stars for 'Rating' field at new testimonial form and overall speedup of the extension source code.
Improved admin security 2.1.2 module was improved with a brute force protection for RSS authAdmin function and internal magento notification enable/disable option. The information about the number of attempts and IP to email was added too.
Askit 2.3 release brings a responsive design to question/answers block. Here are much more great improvements:
- Ability to assign a question to multiple products.
- New question tab on the product edit page
- Absolutely new frontend design
Review reminder 1.0.3 comes with a translation for 'Write review' button and fixed translation of block directive used in email template.
Address autocomplete 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 release brings fixed compatibility with third-party checkout solutions and fixed js errors, when the module is disabled. The street number placement config was added with following options: Address Line 1 Start, Address Line 1 End, Address Line 2.
Easy slider 2.4.0 release comes with improvements for overall performance. No inline Java Script. Now JS files are loading with defer attribute, so a script loading does not block the page rendering.
Highlight 2.6.0 release comes with improved widget interface. Besides the module allows you:
- to set meta tags for highlight pages
- to set custom ‘All Products’ URL
- to filter products by stock status and item qty.
Moreover Magento Daily Deals extension was integrated with our featured products module. The timer was added to product listing.
Daily deals 1.1.2 release brings the integration with Full Page Cache and Easy Color Swatches modules developed by Templates-Master company. You can also see the improvements of the overall style and backend interface.
Ajax Search 1.6.0 comes with improved extension template without inline JS. JS resource files are loading with 'defer' attribute now.
Magento 2 module updates
The following updates are focused to fix security and other bugs.
Fire Checkout 1.0.1 release brings fixed compatibility with FPC.
Testimonials 1.0.5 comes with security fixes. You've also got html escape for all user data.
Sold Together 1.1.5 module got a fixed warning on product page, when the product collection is empty.
Prolabels 1.0.10 release comes with fixed error in label index rebuild.
Attributes and Brands pages 1.0.1 release brings a compatibility with block cache and fixes in single store duplicated options.
