With our module, you can easily group KB articles by Category. That makes easier for customers to look for required information. You can create multiple categories and add there the support FAQs. With the module settings, you can specify the name for the category, set sort order. The other config allows for assigning a category to the different store views.

KB articles reduce the average number of customers’ requests. Admins can create a FAQ to empower the users towards product knowledge. The Ticket interface of our extension allows managing articles from the backend. With the module settings, you can specify the FAQ title, add the content to each article. You can set the sort order and organize the articles by their rating.
Search engine optimization of your knowledge base
Our module allows optimizing articles and categories for SEO. It will enhance the access of your knowledge base content for customers. It will get your knowledge base to rank well for searches. With the M2 Knowledge Base module settings, you can specify the category URL identifier. You can also assign meta title, meta keyword, and meta description for articles and categories.
