What the purpose of your business is?

We are an e-commerce retail site. Plushible.com makes it easy to send thoughtful, meaningful and unique gifts for every occasion.

Name a day when you decided to create a separate website for your company. What did encourage you?

We had been running a successful e-commerce retail site for nearly 10 years, but we decided it was time to branch out and separate our products into new and exciting brands! Plushible.com is the first of our three new toy brands to launch its own ecommerce site. Our other toy brands (Playtime by Eimme and Taylor Toy) sell strictly on Amazon for the time being.

What was the process of making a website?

We had all of our products and product information in the magento backend already, we just needed to pick a theme and separate our products onto our new gift site. Argento support made this quick and easy! We were able to map our existing magento attributes to the new theme almost seamlessly. Plushible.com was up at taking orders in a matter of days.

What was the most challenging part of choosing a template for your website?

Picking a theme that was mobile responsive was very important to us. We noticed through analytics that our bounce rate was particularly high among mobile users on our old theme, so we knew whatever new theme we picked would have to look exceptional on mobile as well as on desktop. Plushible.com looks and functions great wherever our customers are shopping for gifts: mobile, desktop or tablet!

How have you determined the requirements for the checkout page in your store?

We knew our customers were looking for a clean, easy to use cart set up. We ended up purchasing a FireCheckout extension to add to our site. The result is a fast, simple checkout experience for our customers to choose their plushible gifts and get them sent to their loved ones QUICKLY! Simple checkout = more conversions!

Please share an experience you had in dealing with other companies selling a software.

We’ve dealt with many software companies in our 10 years in e-commerce. Many of them make promises they are unable to deliver on, and many of them become less as less responsive as issues add up. We did not have these issues with the Argento product or the Argento support team. They have been up front and responsive to any issues that arose since day one. This is an honest product and an honest company.

Why did you choose Argento?

We chose the Argento theme because it had everything we were looking for: seamless integration with our existing magento data, a clean easy-to-use interface with lots of

Our plans for the future include extending our product lines in all three of our amazing toy brands, and growing our web presence in the fast moving toy market. In the near future, Plushible.com will be featuring an heirloom product line built around baby gifting. Customers will soon be able to purchase stylish, high quality gifts for expecting parents and grandparents, baby showers, first birthdays and more! Exciting new products are also coming soon in our Playtime by Eimmie 18” doll furniture line, and our Taylor Toy: TOUGH collection of rough and tumble classic toys.
