New features for your store
Favicons
Since 1.18.0 version, we added favicons in all Argento themes.
Our main purpose was to improve your site branding. Favicons will help your visitors remember your brand store while browsing through multiple tabs. Besides the visual effects, favicons indirectly influence a site's SEO. It works as they help the user easily recognize your website and access it. Plus Google shows the favicon in mobile search results.
Playing video in product tab
Argento template has its special “Photo in description” feature. It makes the product tab showcase product images. In the latest release we added a spicy update for Argento Force design. It allows for playing video directly in tabs on the product page.
Updates for Argento Pure2
We've got some messages about the header display in an inappropriate place. Now we state that Argento configurable header always renders at the page top.
Furthermore, we added config to disable configurable header on specific pages. For instance, on Magento 2 checkout page you can stay with the default compact header only.
More added options
Within the built-in Askit module, your store received the new mass actions in Questions grid - “Assign to…”. It allows for easy assignment many questions to the same product.
We added an identity interface for block and placeholder in the Easy Banner module. It comes in a package with Argento theme. Now when you save a banner in admin, all pages with the banner will be cached.
Under Ajax Pro extension updates there is the new quick product view feature on the product listing.
With Product Tabs module, you are able now to Enable/ Disable product tabs functionality.
We draw your attention to a fantastic update in Magento 2 AMP module. Full page cache now works on AMP. It makes the Argento template pages load faster.

Fixes
- Fixed horizontal scrollbar when js is not initialized yet on RTL stores.
- Fixed error when Facebook Like Button module is not installed.
- Fixed missing labels on the product page after theme installation.
- Fixed installation error when some module is missing.
- Other small fixes and improvements in styles, templates, and scripts.
- Argento Stripes: Fixed partially invisible text in Braintree inputs on checkout.
