What is probably one of the most overlooked pages in an ecommerce store?
We think it is the Contact Us page .
Compared with the homepage, category pages, product pages, and checkout, it usually receives much less attention. But it still plays an important role in the storefront. Customers use it to verify company details, find support channels, check physical locations, and understand how easily they can contact the business before or after placing an order.
The problem is that a Contact Us page is also difficult to standardize.
A small online store may need only a form and email address. A B2B store may need separate sales and support contacts. A retailer with physical locations may need opening hours, phone numbers, maps, and store information.
That means a fixed theme template is rarely a good long-term solution.
In Breeze Enterprise 3.3 , we reworked the Apollo Contact Us page so that its layout and content can be managed directly with Content Editor. Instead of modifying a template every time the page needs to change, store owners can now add, remove, reorder, and edit its content blocks visually.
The release also adds an Incl/Excl VAT switcher to the Apollo header and includes several performance, mobile, JavaScript, and compatibility improvements in Breeze.
A Contact Us page you can actually edit
Contact pages can be very different from one store to another. A small online shop may only need a contact form and email address. A larger business may have separate contacts for customer support and sales, multiple phone numbers, social media links, FAQs, a physical store, opening hours, and a map.
In Breeze Enterprise 3.3, Apollo's Contact Us page received a new default design and is now fully editable using Content Editor. Instead of treating the Contact Us page as a fixed theme template, you can now use it like other editable content in Breeze Enterprise.
You can change or rearrange elements such as:
- Introductory content
- Contact details
- Customer support and sales information
- Contact form
- Store information and opening hours
- Map
- FAQ
- Social links
You can start with the default Apollo layout, remove the sections you don't need, add your own content, and reorganize the page for your business.
This is especially useful for stores that also have physical locations or separate departments. You can build a much more useful Contact Us page without creating and maintaining a custom Magento template.
Incl/Excl VAT switcher in the header
Breeze Enterprise 3.3 also adds an Incl/Excl VAT switcher to the Apollo header.
This is particularly useful for B2B stores, or stores serving both business and retail customers, where visitors may want to quickly see prices with or without VAT.
When enabled, customers can switch the catalog price display directly from the header instead of having to interpret two prices displayed together throughout the store.
The feature uses Magento's existing tax configuration.
Go to:
Stores → Configuration → Sales → Tax → Price Display Settings
Set:
Display Product Prices In Catalog → Including and Excluding Tax
Then enable:
Breeze Enterprise: Show Incl/Excl VAT switcher
Apollo will then provide the switcher in the header panel.
The 3.3.3 update also improves the styles used when both Excl. Tax and Incl. Tax prices are displayed.
Other improvements in Breeze 3.3
The release also contains a number of smaller changes across Breeze and Apollo.
Performance
Category pages now use improved image preloading, helping Breeze make better decisions about which product images should be loaded early.
The requirejs-config script is also deferred because it does not need to block initial page rendering.
Mobile and JavaScript
The expanded product gallery mode has been improved on mobile devices.
Breeze also handles interactions between dropdown dialogs and inner sliders better, particularly when users swipe inside a slider.
There are additional improvements to Page Builder slider cleanup, tabs with the multipleCollapsible option, and parsing of scope: component blocks.
Incorrect URLs generated inside the speculation rules block have also been fixed.
Apollo theme
Along with the new Contact Us page and VAT switcher, we've made several smaller Apollo improvements:
- Improved homepage blocks
- Fixed product listing styles on Magento versions earlier than 2.4.8
- Fixed the horizontal scrollbar that could appear inside the search slideout in Firefox
- Improved integration with Swissup Ajax Layered Navigation and Ajax Pro
Try Breeze Enterprise 3.3
Breeze Enterprise 3.3 is mostly about practical improvements: giving store owners more control over an important content page, making tax display easier for B2B and mixed-audience stores, and continuing to improve frontend performance and compatibility.
