When we released Argento Breeze 3.0, the biggest change was the introduction of the Breeze Theme Editor and Content Builder. They made it possible to customize a Magento store without digging through XML, LESS, or templates for every small change.
Argento Breeze 3.1 is the next step. Instead of adding another design or a long list of new features, this release focuses on making those tools work much better with the bundled themes—especially Argento Stripes.
Argento Stripes Is Now Fully Integrated
The biggest improvement in this release is the complete integration of the Argento Stripes design with both the Breeze Theme Editor and Content Builder.
Most of the visual elements in Stripes can now be configured directly from Magento Admin. Colors, typography, spacing, sections, and page layouts can be adjusted visually instead of modifying theme files.
The same applies to CMS content. Homepage sections and landing pages can be built and maintained using the Content Builder without writing custom HTML or editing layout XML.
For developers, this means less time spent on small visual changes. For merchants, it means many day-to-day updates no longer require developer involvement.
This is the direction we want Argento Breeze to follow: keep the frontend flexible while reducing the amount of custom code needed for routine customization.
Chic, Force and Business Continue to Improve
The Chic, Force, and Business designs also support the Theme Editor and Content Builder, but their integration is not yet as complete as Stripes.
We decided to focus on one design first rather than providing partial support everywhere. As a result, Stripes currently offers the most complete no-code experience, while the remaining designs will continue receiving improvements in future releases.
Breeze AI Is Included
Argento Breeze now also includes Breeze AI.
The current version focuses on practical tasks inside Magento Admin:
- AI-powered content generation
- Bulk translation of store content
- Product and category content creation
The goal isn't to replace existing workflows but to automate repetitive work that usually takes a lot of time when launching or maintaining a store.
This is only the first stage of Breeze AI. Future releases will expand it with storefront features, including AI-powered product search and shopping assistance.
More Than Just Theme Changes
As usual, the release also includes updates across the bundled SwissUp modules.
Besides compatibility improvements for the latest Magento versions, many modules received usability improvements, performance optimizations, security updates, and bug fixes. Several extensions also add Magento 2.4.9 and PHP 8.5 compatibility, together with smaller frontend refinements across the theme ecosystem.

Final Thoughts
Argento Breeze 3.1 isn't about introducing a completely new theme or redesigning existing ones.
The main goal was to make the tools introduced in 3.0 genuinely useful for everyday work. With full Theme Editor and Content Builder integration in Stripes, many common store customizations can now be done visually, without touching frontend code.
We'll continue bringing the same level of integration to the remaining Argento Breeze designs while expanding Breeze AI with more practical features for Magento merchants and developers.
