Create new PDF template

Adding a professional-looking Magento 2 invoice pdf template is definitely not a challenge in case you use our module. Add download PDF link to the sales emails

Our module allows attaching order pdf, invoice pdf, shipment pdf, and credit memo pdf to the notification email. In PDF templates you can use the same variables available in email templates to display the value of that variable in the PDF file. You will do it in a single click via the module interface.

Style templates to suit your needs

With the module, you can edit the template HTML and CSS code as well as set template name. PDF Invoices extension uses the mPDF library to generate PDF files from HTML and CSS. Through the template information interface, you can preview the chosen and already designed template.

We have the SwissUpLabs "Get everything" subscription, so we are entitled to every new update. After the recent update, M2 PDF invoices extension can add the PDF invoice as an attachment to any payment confirmation email or credit memo.

Because our accountant uses a bookkeeping program that processes incoming PDF invoices automatically, we added the inbox's email address for our automated bookkeeping-program as a CC to our sales "payment" confirmation. So with each sales payment or credit memo, Magento sends the PDF to the customer and straight into our bookkeeping-program.

Due to this significant update, our sales are now entirely automated, and it saves my accountant hours of bookings a month.
