You are allowed to choose to send the reminder from different senders, to change the subject and template of email and to set up the time when the email will be sent. Had to reach out to Tech Support to find out where the reminder template can be edited, it was not mentioned in the instructions.
No documentation: the installation steps are explained, but once installed, you are left alone with no docs. After a bit of testing you find out how the extension works.
Suggestions:
Add How to use" documentation
Add some sort of Test functionality
Add some sort of "unsubscribe" option
