The Sold Together extension for Magento 2 helps you to add cross-sell blocks to the product page. The blocks show the products from the existing orders in your store. Thus your customers see items that they may not have seen before when browsing the product catalogs. The attractive Sold Together blocks engage users to put more items in the shopping cart.
Our module offers to show 2 blocks: Customers who bought also bought and Frequently bought together. Both blocks implement two different algorithms.

Frequently bought together block
This block shows complementary products which were bought in the same order. This way you provide your customers with additional helpful information. The listing of items is shown as a grid with checkboxes. You can change the number of products. You can also select a layout for the section: Default (like Amazon site has) and Stripes (offered by Argento Stripes theme).
Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought block
The section is visible on the product page. The block is based on using natural customer behavior. It recommends products that are commonly purchased by other clients. So visitors see the products they may not have known about before but other customers bought this item before. The products are displayed on the carousel.
Sold Together algorithm for product combination
The Sold Together module builds relations between products. Thereby it shows products with the biggest relation weight. The module takes the products from the existing orders. It is possible to index/reindex ‘Bought together’ relations via CLI command or Magento Admin. With the module, you can also add cross-sell blocks to the sales email template and display blocks in product tabs if the free EasyTabs module is enabled.
Flexible settings for every block
The module has a broad range of settings for each block. In the configuration, you can change the number of items to be shown in the block and specify the sort order of the related products display. You can set a display of random products to be shown in case of an empty collection. You can allow or deny the display of items that are out of stock. You can also choose the Magento product types with the module to show or not in cross-selling blocks.
