Show nice images along the categories
Via configuration you can enable using the category image if the thumbnail is not available. If you want to show nice images with equal size, you set the image helper. Uploading an image placeholder is also available.
Make the category page informative
Easy Catalog Images block can be enabled for default categories as well as for anchor categories. In order to improve the visual experience, you can hide the block when filter or pagination are used. The module allows you to change the number of categories, subcategories, and columns to be shown. The category image size is configurable.
Use automated image assignment option
If your website has a lot of categories, the automated image assignment option will be very helpful for you. Through the module interface, you can run the filling categories thumbnails with the image of the first product from each category.
Add blocks via widget
Save your time by adding category listing via a widget. Easy Catalog Images widgets come with fully configurable options. List of subcategories with thumbnails can also be placed by using XML code and default block code.
