M2 Abandoned Cart

Our extension helps you to detect a registered user as well as capture the email of guest customers. Then you will be able to check the list of active abandoned carts both for registered customers and guests in the “Abandoned Carts” grid. Magento 2 Abandoned Cart module settings allow you to save email when a guest types it on the checkout page and select the status for new abandoned cart emails. In case you use the Approved, the email reminders will be sent automatically. When the Pending status enabled, your admins should set the status to Approved first, and only then the process of sending will be started.

Our extension provides you with three predefined abandoned carts rules right after installation: One Hour, One Day, One Week. You may also easily add a new rule. With the module, you can select customer groups and websites where the rule can be applied, set a priority of sending emails, set the condition to activate the rule for, and specify time delay for the start of sending automated emails. In a separate Email tab, you can choose an email template as well as set the sender. To reward your clients, you can pick up a shopping cart price rule to generate a coupon with a discount for them.

Our extension includes 3 pre-defined abandoned cart email templates. We designed them with captivating elements like a catchy Checkout button, engaging text message, and proper use of white space to highlight the main thing - so desired products from the customer order. Choose ready-to-use email notifications that save your efforts and time. Meanwhile, you can always create your own customized template within Magento 2 configuration.

In order to check abandoned carts in Magento 2, our module offers to use the Abandoned Carts Emails History grid. You've got access to the list of abandoned carts emails. When estimating the balance between Sent, Returned, Canceled, and Successful emails with order placement results, you have the opportunity to track important purchase recovery data. You can still preview the email and make changes if needed, or manually send the email reminder again.
